Who is a Naturopath?

A Naturopath is a health practitioner that uses holistic principles of healing to bring the body back into balance, acknowledging that each one of us is unique, this is reflected in the way that treatment is distinct and individualized.

As a Naturopath, I aim to treat the root cause of illness in the body for long-term wellbeing and vitality, rather than just covering up the symptoms.

An initial consultation goes for approximately 1.5 hours, in which I will ask questions about your symptoms, information such as food preferences, intolerances and allergies, daily food intake, personal diet history, personal and family health conditions, lifestyle, as well as review any lab work and/or notes from your physician. This is to gather as much information as possible to uncover what is occurring at an emotional, physical, and biochemical level in your body. I  will then formulate an individualized treatment for you.

The treatment includes:

  • nutrition - based on the assessment, we’ll work together to evaluate the role that food plays in your life and find the most beneficial diet for your wellbeing.

  • accompanying with different types of fasting - fasting is a natural and effective way to help the body in the process of cleansing regeneration and internal balance. In case of fasting being part of your treatment, after choosing a type of fast beneficial for your body, you'll receive a menu to follow, herbal remedies sent to your address and we'll set up weekly check-ups.

  • herbal therapy - I will prescribe a herbal treatment, prepared by us mostly from wildcrafted herbs that include all organic tincture (potent plant remedies), oils, and salves.

  • other health practices - movement, meditation, infusion of essential oils, baths, and more

  Naturopathy is for you if:

  • you want to be supported as a whole, addressing all dimensions of your being - the physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental

  • you want to treat more than just your symptom but rather care for the root of your health and wellbeing

  • you want to be accompanied in an individual process of finding out what actually supports your vitality and health in the best way for YOU

  • you want to incorporate herbal medicine into your life as a non-toxic, natural way to care for your health
